a. Delivery Times: We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. b. Live Animal Shipping: Live fish and livestock are shipped using specialized, temperature-controlled methods and are subject to specific weather restrictions. All live animal shipments require someone to be present at the delivery address to accept the package immediately. c. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. d. Damaged Goods: If any items (excluding live animals, which are covered by the DOA Guarantee) arrive damaged, please contact us at admin@fintasticpets.co.za within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
